Alpine Exteriors was honored to partner with Exxel Pacific — one of the nation’s most respected commercial builders and a company delivering over $1 billion in annual construction volume — on a high-profile new construction apartment project consisting of 40 multi-family units across four stories.

Over the course of six months, Alpine Exteriors played a pivotal role in delivering a complete commercial-grade exterior system, encompassing architectural James Hardie® panel installation, advanced moisture protection, full-scale painting, and precision installation of over 120 windows and doors — all executed in tightly scheduled phases and coordinated with Exxel Pacific’s construction leadership.

🔨 Scope of Work:

Architectural Siding System:

We installed a full James Hardie® Architectural Panel system, featuring:

• Vertical and horizontal layout integration
• Custom flashing and trim packages
• Panel reveal systems for a modern, commercial aesthetic

All siding was installed over a rainscreen system with Tyvek® Commercial DrainWrap™ WRB, providing exceptional water management and compliance with commercial building code requirements for multi-family buildings.

Windows & Doors:

Our team furnished and installed over 120+ windows and doors, including:

• Large-format energy-efficient windows
• Entry door systems
• Fire-rated stairwell and common area doors

Each unit was flashed, sealed, and installed to meet energy performance, life-safety, and air barrier compliance standards.

Exterior Painting:

Alpine completed full exterior paint finishes using high-performance commercial coatings from Sherwin-Williams®, formulated for long-term durability, UV stability, and fade resistance — crucial on mid-rise buildings exposed to the elements at height.

We utilized a combination of scaffolding and Genie® boom lifts to access all elevations safely and efficiently, ensuring proper application, cure times, and quality across all four stories of the structure.

This 6-month project was delivered in strategic phases and required tight integration with Exxel Pacific’s superintendents and field crews. At peak operation, Alpine deployed multiple installation teams across various scopes to keep pace with framing progression and ensure critical path deadlines were met.
