This full exterior transformation by Alpine Exteriors features 8 ¼” James Hardie® Primed Cedarmill Lap Siding, custom primed white trim, and architectural belly bands — all professionally finished with Sherwin-Williams Resilience® exterior paint, known for its advanced moisture protection and long-lasting color retention.

The project included complete removal of the existing, failing exterior. The old siding and trim had been compromised by years of moisture exposure, leading to hidden structural rot, deteriorating sheathing, and energy inefficiency. Upon demo, our team identified framing damage and improperly flashed window openings — all of which were fully repaired by our expert crew.

After rot remediation and wall prep using James Hardie HardieWrap® weather barrier, we installed all-new fiber cement siding, 5/4×4 trim, and 5/4×8 belly bands — each piece precision-cut and installed to James Hardie Elite Preferred standards. The entire system was then professionally painted using Sherwin-Williams Resilience®, a premium exterior acrylic latex paint formulated for superior mildew resistance, fade resistance, and moisture protection in the damp Pacific Northwest climate.

We also replaced all old windows and doors with Milgard® energy-efficient vinyl windows and sliding doors, boosting insulation, noise reduction, and resale value.
