Alpine Exteriors partnered once again with Exxel Pacific, one of the Pacific Northwest’s most trusted and prolific commercial builders, to complete the Velo Project — a new construction 24-unit, 4-story apartment building featuring a complete architectural-grade exterior system.

Executed over a series of tightly coordinated phases, the project involved the full installation of James Hardie® Architectural Panels, Tyvek® Commercial DrainWrap™ WRB, precision window and door packages, and full Sherwin-Williams® exterior painting, all in line with Exxel Pacific’s demanding construction schedules and quality control standards.

🔨 Scope of Work:

Architectural Siding System:

We installed a full architectural panel system using James Hardie® vertical and horizontal cladding, with precise layout reveals, integrated flashing, and water-managed detailing. Installed over a full rainscreen assembly with Tyvek® Commercial D-Wrap, the exterior system ensures moisture performance, air infiltration resistance, and code compliance across all elevations.

Window & Door Installation:

Alpine installed over 60 windows and doors, including:

• Energy-efficient window units
• Entry and patio door systems
• Common area and fire-rated door assemblies

All units were properly flashed, insulated, and sealed to exceed commercial-grade installation and energy code standards.

Exterior Painting:

All elevations were finished with high-performance Sherwin-Williams® commercial-grade coatings, applied using lift access and advanced spraying techniques for optimal adhesion and coverage. We utilized Genie® lifts to safely access all four stories, ensuring a clean, consistent, and weatherproof finish across the entire structure.

Completed on a multi-phase schedule in direct coordination with Exxel Pacific’s project management team, Alpine Exteriors delivered precise, on-time installation with rotating crews managing multiple scopes simultaneously.
